Ana Aleksić (1992) graduated from the “Slobodan Škerović” High School in Podgorica and undergraduate and specialist studies in painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje. In 2016, during her specialist studies, she spent one semester at the École Supérieure d’Art de Lorraine in Metz, France.
She exhibited independently in 2019 at the Center for Contemporary Art of Montenegro in Podgorica, Galerija Klub. Since 2014, he has participated in exhibitions, workshops and colonies in Montenegro and the region, including: the exhibition “Masterpieces II” at the U10 Art Space in Belgrade (2020), the exhibition “Zbogom Balkan? Zbogom, Balkan!” at the Center for Contemporary Art of Montenegro (2018), summer school Kotor APSS with Numen / For Use (2017), Festival “Via Pontica” in Balchik, Bulgaria (2015), residency at the Dukley Art Center in Kotor (2015), mural painting as part of Ratković’s poetry evenings in Bijelo Polje (2014).
She is currently a graduate of the master’s study of painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. She is a recipient of a scholarship from the Government of France and will spend one semester at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, France.
